Returns & Exchanges

At Kavala Collective, we want you to love your activewear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
